Terms of agreement between LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.com and the Customers

General terms of the service
LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM offers the Clients a virtual place, i.e. a Page where Customers can purchase paid content (news, news stories, essays, photographs, videos, etc.) from the website LHY and other LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM publications and publish advertisements and announcements. In order to make transactions, the Client must create a user account.
All notifications and information between the Client and LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM shall be exchanged in electronic form using the contact details provided in the Terms and Conditions or on the Website, unless Terms and Conditions do not provide otherwise.
The site and all related copyrights belong to 100 Media Brands OÜ.
Customer rights and obligations
The Client undertakes:
* creating an account and registering as a user on the Page it is compulsory to provide completely true personal data, including registering under your correct and full name and using a valid e-mail address;
* have only one user account to operate on the Site;
* keep the password and user ID fixed for the use of the Site so that it does not fall into the hands of third parties, unless the Customer has authorized such third parties to represent themselves in the use of the Services;
* immediately inform by e-mail LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM of the loss or entry into the possession of third parties of the password and / or username fixed for the use of the Site.
By perfoming each operation on the Page, client confirms that:
* is a person with legal capacity who has the right to perform the transactions provided on the Website;
* duly fulfills all obligations provided in the Conditions;
* is aware that the conclusion of a / purchase / sale transaction entails a binding obligation / agreement and that in the event of non-performance of such obligation, the Client is fully liable for the damages caused by the breach of the obligation;
* is aware of the fact that if the Customer password and User of the Page come into the possession of third parties, such third parties can assume obligations binding on the Customer, for the fulfillment of which the Customer is responsible and that LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM has no obligation to further verify the User (i.e. after username and password) ; is aware of and agrees to this, LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM has the right to process the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the legislation in force in Estonia and the provisions of the Conditions.
* by performing each operation on the Page, the Client up to 18 years of age confirms that in order to make an exchange / purchase / sale offer, he or she has the consent of the legal representative to enter into the transaction (s) and assume the related obligations;
* The Customer undertakes to pay all payments according to the Price List to the current account of LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM for the used Services.
LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM rights and obligations
LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM is entitled to restrict or revoke the Client’s right to use the Page, including changing the information published by the Client on the Page or closing the Client’s user account and not allowing him / her to re-register as a Client if the Client:
* violates the Terms or the Client’s obligations arising from the Terms;
* has provided incorrect, misleading and / or inaccurate information when registering as a user of the Page or using the Page;
* operates on the Page under several usernames with several user accounts; knowingly and intentionally disseminates false information, insults in any way other persons or behaves in an inappropriate manner on LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM.
* LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM is entitled to remove the advertisement ordered by the Customer from the Page at any time if such offers are in conflict with the Terms, good manners or applicable law.
* LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM has the right to charge the Customer for the use of the Service in accordance with the Price List.
Processing of personal data
LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM has the right to use data that LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM has received from individual Client when registering as a user of the Page and requested in the course of using the Page or that otherwise accumulates about a individual Client through the use of the Page (hereinafter Personal Data) to provide, further develop and personalization.
LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM does not transfer Client Information to third parties or disclose it, except in the cases provided in the Terms.
Modification of the Terms
LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM is entitled to unilaterally change and supplement the Terms and Conditions and the Price List at any time due to the development of the Page and the Services and in the interests of their better and safer use.
LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM undertakes to notify the Customer of changes and additions to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List through the respective notices published on the Website. Amendments and supplements to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List shall enter into force upon publication of the respective amendment or supplement on the Website.
Final provisions
The legal relations between the Client and LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM arising from the use of the website are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The Terms and Conditions are valid upon their acceptance by the Client and are valid during the validity of the legal relations between the Client and LIFEHEATLHYOUTH.COM regulated in the Terms and Conditions.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Terms and Conditions within 14 days of their acceptance, and the Customer also has the right to cancel the legal relations regulated in the Terms and Conditions at any time by fulfilling the valid obligations to LIFEHEALTHYOUTH.COM.
